Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed February 20, 2024 found that Preventive Measures Home Health Care had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state licensure complaint survey conducted September 22, 2023 and subsequent off-site follow-up surveys completed on November 27, 2023 and January 5, 2024.
